2. Is Atlas available in my area?
We’re expanding rapidly! Visit our Coverage Map or contact our team directly to see if your address is within our current service zones—or to request future service.
3. What makes Atlas Broadband different from other providers?
We’re locally owned, community-driven, and focused solely on internet. That means no cable bundles, no upsells—just fast, reliable fiber. And if you call us? You talk to a real person, right here in Oklahoma.
4. What internet speeds do you offer?
We offer a variety of fiber plans ranging from 100 Mbps to 2 Gbps, all with symmetrical upload/download speeds and no data caps. You can choose the plan that best fits your needs—whether you’re a casual browser or a hardcore streamer.
5. Are there any data caps or throttling?
Nope. We don’t do that. All Atlas plans come with unlimited data and no throttling, ever.
6. Will there be digging in my yard?
If fiber hasn’t been run to your home yet, we may need to do minimal trenching or directional boring to connect you. Don’t worry—we’ll always notify you ahead of time, get your consent, and restore your yard as close to original condition as possible.
7. Can I use my own router?
Yes! You’re welcome to use your own router, or you can lease one from us for a monthly fee. We’re also happy to help you set up your own equipment during installation.
8. What support is available if I have issues?
Our local support team is available via phone, text, and email. We also offer after-hours emergency support for critical outages. With Atlas, you get real help from real people—no long waits, no script reading.
9. How do I pay my bill?
You can pay online through our secure customer portal, set up autopay, or mail in a check. We make it easy to manage your account however you prefer.
10. Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
We believe in earning your business month to month. No long-term contracts. No early termination fees. You stay because you want to—not because you’re locked in.
11. How long does installation take?
Once service is available in your area, most installations can be scheduled and completed within 1–3 business days. If we’re actively building in your neighborhood, we’ll keep you updated with exact timelines.
