My internet is slow or keeps cutting out.
First, try rebooting your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in. If the issue continues, check to see if multiple devices are streaming or downloading simultaneously—it could be bandwidth overload. Still having issues? Call our support team—we’ll run diagnostics and dispatch a technician if needed.

Check if there’s a power outage in your area. Then, confirm your router’s lights are on—if not, unplug and replug it. If lights are flashing red or not showing at all, give us a call. We’ll help determine if it’s an outage, a fiber cut, or a router issue.
My internet is weak in parts of my home.
Your router might need a better placement—ideally central and away from walls or appliances. We also offer mesh WiFi extenders to improve coverage. Reach out to ask about options for boosting signal in larger homes or businesses.
I'm connected to WiFi, but nothing is loading.
You might be connected to the network but not receiving internet. Restart the router first. If that doesn’t work, forget the network on your device and reconnect. If this continues, we’ll help determine if your ONT (fiber terminal) or router needs replacing.
I forgot my WiFi password.
If you’re using a router we installed, the password is usually labeled on the back. If you’ve changed it and forgotten it, call us or log into your customer portal to reset it. We can also walk you through updating it manually.
I missed a payment—how do I get reconnected?
You can log in to your customer portal to make a payment and your service will automatically resume. If you need help or want to discuss a payment plan, our billing team is here to support you—just give us a call.
I’m moving—can I transfer my service?
Absolutely! Just reach out with your new address, and we’ll confirm availability and schedule a transfer. If we don’t serve your new location yet, we’ll help you cancel without penalty.
I need help setting up my own router.
We’re happy to walk you through setup over the phone. Just have your router’s brand and model handy. If you prefer, a technician can assist during installation for a small fee.
